Mr. Manfredo is a third generation Fresno native and a graduate of the CSUF School of Business. He founded his first business at the age of 26 which he operated successfully for over 12 years. After accepting sales positions with both regional and national payroll companies Rich became Vice President of Sales at Payroll One Solutions during its re-organization in 2007. He sold his interest in Payroll One in March 2010. Together with his partners he founded Paystub Services Inc. in September 2010 where he serves as President/CEO. Rich is a past President of the Rotary Club of Clovis and currently serves on its Board Of Directors.  He also supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California by serving on the Executive Committtee of their annual 300 Club Dinner.  He and his wife Gail have been married for 43 years and have 2 grown daughters.
